SAP Commerce Cloud Integration
A single connection between AtroCore/AtroPIM and SAP Commerce Cloud is enough to keep both systems continuously aligned. All data movement is handled through the SAP Commerce Webservices, which means there is nothing extra to deploy or maintain on the platform itself. You decide how each transfer behaves: unidirectional or bidirectional, driven by a schedule or set off by an event. Feed configurations remain open for inspection and can be reworked whenever circumstances change, and the whole setup mirrors your data model and processes rather than dictating new ones.
Which data?
The scope covers everything SAP Commerce Cloud publishes through its web services in one direction, and everything you maintain inside AtroCore/AtroPIM in the other.
- Products, variants, pricing, inventory, attributes and their values, categories
- Images, documents, and other digital assets
- Customers and orders, along with any order status updates
- Custom entities of any kind, including classifications, product series, product groups, and similar constructs
How It Works
- All data is exchanged via the SAP Commerce Webservices, so no supplementary software is required.
- Every type of data is supported, images and other digital assets included.
- The integration is established by setting up a series of individual data feeds.
- These feeds run on configurable schedules to carry data between the systems.
- A wide range of data structures is handled across formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV.
- Both unidirectional and bidirectional synchronization with SAP Commerce Cloud are supported.
- Nothing in the design constrains the performance of the integration.
Why Choose the AtroCore/AtroPIM Shopware Integration
Everything you need to keep Shopware and your internal systems perfectly in sync, without manual exports, without workarounds, and without disrupting how your team already works.
Sync on Your Terms
Feeds run on a schedule, on demand, or triggered by events, one-way or two-way. Filter down to exactly which records each feed picks up, and choose the fields it carries. Transform your data on the fly.
No Ceiling on Complexity
From a straightforward product-data sync to a multi-system bridge, the integration adapts to your data structures and custom logic rather than flattening them.
No Black Box
Every feed configuration is open to you, not locked behind our support desk. Inspect what a feed does and change it yourself, whenever you need to.
Nothing Fails Silently
Failed jobs retry automatically, every run is logged in detail, and email notifications go to whoever needs them.
No Extra Software Required
Data flows directly through the Shopware REST API in any format (XML, JSON, CSV, and more). Nothing extra to install, no limitations.
Priced by Modules, Not by Volume
A one-time setup fee, plus licences for only the modules your integration needs. No per-record charges, so growing volumes never change what you pay.
Tailored to Your Exact Needs
Each integration is built against your data model and your processes, down to the individual field mappings and transformation rules. No compromises.
Guaranteed Results or Full Refund
We stand behind our work. If the integration does not meet your expectations or specific requirements, we offer a full refund within 60 days, no strings attached.
Pricing Overview
You pay for a one-time setup fee and for the modules your integration needs. Integration support is covered by your Support Package (starting from "Silver"). There are no per-record charges or usage-based fees.
