Work4all Integration

Set up the integration between AtroCore/AtroPIM and Work4all once, and both systems stay synchronized automatically, removing the need for repeated manual data reconciliation. All data exchange runs over the Work4all REST API, so nothing needs to be deployed inside Work4all itself, no add-on is required, and no separate middleware layer is involved. Synchronization can be set up one-way or two-way, run on a defined schedule or triggered by specific business events, and every configured data flow stays fully transparent and easy to reconfigure as your requirements change. Rather than forcing changes onto your existing workflows, the integration adapts to the data models and business processes you already have in place.

Which data?

Any data Work4all exposes through its API can be imported, and any data managed in AtroCore/AtroPIM can be exported in return.

• Articles, variants, prices, stock levels, attributes and their assigned values, categories
• Images, documents, and other digital assets
• Customer and order data, including order status updates
• Sales, inventory, and accounting records
• Any custom entities, such as classifications, product lines, product groups, contracts, licenses, and comparable records
